  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Is it just normal?

Everytime I will get ready for work and I know I am driving, I always get butterflies in my stomach.

I am a new driver and I am a careful driver, I just want to ask if it is normal to feel this way. Will it go away, when I get used to driving more?

Just wondering. I always pray the whole time I am driving. :sorry:

Yeah that goes away. I drive between 30,000 and 35,000 miles a year and the road is like a second home to me.

I suppose it will linger for a while yet if you don't get more experience on the road and it probably varies from person to person and how much you enjoy it, and risky behavior in general haha.

yea, it goes away. Then it becomes simply like using the internet or calling someone on the phone, etc. It will just be normal.

Now, on the other hand, when u have to drive an hour one way to school three times a week, and u have no radio and no company, then u start to get them again when u phase back in from getting a little sleepy. heh.
