What makes you think that you have any right to end a discussion I started? I am new here, let me discuss things that are on my mind, that is what this forum is for.
To the others, thank you all for replying. I simply used hitler as an example of an evil man, who may or may not have gone to heaven, as opposed to good people who are atheists who do not.I was just wondering about this, I suppose no one has the answers but God.
HowardDean said:If we do not believe Jesus is God in the flesh, we are the spirit of antichrist.
It is THE gospel.
i read a while ago that hitler was infact a christian, and if he accepted the lord, would such a man go to heaven, while atheists who do good for family and friends and others go to hell, simply because they do not believe? seems very unfair, doesn't it? i'm sure this subject has been discussed before, but i'm new to this site so i'm hoping for some replieshow can a man who was responsible for tens of millions of deaths be given eternal life while a good non-believer is condemned to suffer for all time? also, i am curious about whether or not babies who cannot accept jesus yet go to heaven or not. thanks for replies!
love,

You are correct. They go strait to heaven because they haven't reached the age of accountability (Most pastors or preachers would tell you it's like 6 or 7 years old, though I could be wrong. It depends on the child I think.)I believe infants who cannot make a conscious decision go to Heaven. I can't prove it, however!
Anyone can be saved, no matter how vile. Some Manson family members are saved (so they say).
David Berkowitz claims to be saved and I cannot see how God cannot save anyone; His power is sufficient for all.
You know that? Theres a book called (I think) Occult Theocracy and the Third Reich.
By the way, you forgot to capitalize "Hitler", mr. perfect grammar. sucker.
and btw, you forgot to capitalize "hitler", mr. perfect grammar. sucker.
Oh grammar guy... You aren't going to keep doing this are you?
Everybody has their own way of talking you know. It's bad enough how judgemental everybody else is in here.
Because the protestant mentality is simply what that verse states. Most protestants think if they put their hands in the air and say 'Jesus' that there immediatly saved. They treat Jesus as simply 'fire insurance".Without doing any good works and good deeds(fruits). It gives the feeling that you can keep on sinning because jesus will save you anyway. It isnt the right mentality and protestants need to get out of it. 'Faith without good works is dead'- James.um, why did you feel the need to say this?? WHY especially us "Protestants"????
A person can "say" they believe in Christ, but truely not mean it.
Remember this verse everyone (espesially protestants)
Matthew 7:21 (NKJV) "Not everyone who says to Me, "Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
