ipod or mini ipod ...........

You have seen the Old and the new iPOD , but which is best , which would you choose and why ?

I have the old ipod, with the 15GB, and I love it! I have somehthing like 1144 songs on it and I still have tons of room! It's perfect for at work because I can have all my CDs and not worry about taking up too much space.

I have an ipod and it has 40gb. It is awesome. I have everyone of my songs on it. It can hold 10,000 songs. I love it. I just wish that I would have waited untill the ipod picture was available. I also saw an Ipod with 60gb....that is huge

Yeah, I don't think I would ever be able to fill 60GB worth of songs.
I like the idea of the picture one, but is it a lot more?

I dont really see any point for the ipod Photo.....
Showing your friends pictures from your vacation on a 2" screen is only a formula for eyestrain and utter confusion.

I have the 20G. It's awesome. There's nothing else to say except that the shuffle is possibly the dumbest idea marketed in the history of audio technology.

i really wanted a 40 gig one (basically the ideal size for me), but apparently now they don't make them. bah! (they do now make 30gig though) it'd be really nice to be able to carry around all my music with me without lugging around a giant cd case (which i actually do, because i'm that big a loser and in love with having lots of options). also, it'd be better for my cd's, 'cause i'd be able to keep them in their jewel boxes instead of those cases which eventually scratch them.

i have an ipod shuffle, and i love it. I can listen to cd's in the "right" order if i want to, but i like the random mode too.

I have an iPod mini. It's Pink. I've named it Pinky. Heheh. It's pretty sweet. I have majority of my cd collection on it, and I still have a way to go. (But my collection isn't that big anyway) But yeah. I love it though. It beats carrying around my cd case all day.

It all depends on what you want to do with the Ipod. If all you want it for is music then sure you can probably get away with the Mini, or one of the smaller ones. I have a 15gb and use mine as an external hard-drive in addition to using it as an MP3 player. If that is what you want to do with it then maybe the larger ones are the way to go.

My iPod photo should be arriving today, so I'll tell you how I feel about it. I have about 50 audiobooks, so that's why I ordered the one with the larger size. If you just want to put music on it, I think the mini should be fine.
