As I have been thinking about behaviour at work place and human heart; I found some Scriptures which tell us that human's behaviour comes out of his heart and they are deeply related. They are whole and what you do is who you are.
ISAIAH 32
For the fool speaks folly,
and his heart is busy with iniquity,
to practice ungodliness,
to utter error concerning the LORD,
to leave the craving of the hungry unsatisfied,
and to deprive the thirsty of drink.
As for the scoundrelhis devices are evil;
he plans wicked schemes
to ruin the poor with lying words,
even when the plea of the needy is right.
But he who is noble plans noble things,
and on noble things he stands.
It is clear that what you think is who you are. Who you are is based on your relationship with God. The peace you attain comes from confession and repentance of your idols in your heart which will result in peace with God and peace with yourself. If you have peace, then you won't need to concern with others' business unnecessarily and trusting God will be your strength.
