Information-gathering polls regarding further reforms of the site

BelindaP has started a few polls over in the Wiki/Rules Discussion forum for the purpose of gathering information on how we feel the site should look. I will post the links to those polls here. I would be really helpful to have a more concrete look at what features people want to keep for good.

Who Should be Moderators?
Should Staff have secret forums?
Should the Forums Remain Open?
How should the rules be devised?
