I have been reading Belloc's essay on the restoration of property while on vacation, and he makes a distinction between the past's interest in property versus the modern's reliance on income. I was wondering what is more important to you?

He wrote some great books on the Reformation, from the Catholic perspective of course! He was a contemporary of G.K Chesterton as well. The golden age of modern Catholic literature. Also it is something tangible that one can pass on to other generations. I of course might be biased- as we have nearly no income, but a bunch of land....
