In the Valley

I just want to let people know that when you are in the valley, our loving savior does not let us go. I have been in the valley for several years. I have a hard time hearing scripture and even reading. I just wanted to praise God for not letting me go, and for loving me through this experience. I think I keep myself back in many ways from God. I have thought about suicide many times, and have a godly fear of God so that I would not do such a thing.

I miss so much my walk with God, yet He does not forget me. I will always be His child. I am so scared but I know He is with me. I just wanted to praise God.

That is so true, we all walk through the valley of death one time or another but the fact remains, God is faithul, not because we are faithful but that is Who He is. He never leaves us stranded, it's satan that is trying to trick us into beLIEve that God has left us.

I will also pray for you beloved and your relationship with Lord and life in general, I know that you will overcome all obstacles in your path!

tapero, you are right. The LORD never forgets His children, even though we must walk through the wilderness. He is present. He has His eye on you. I admire your obedient spirit that praises Him in faith, even though things have seemed dark for awhile. You know that He is real, and He is awesome. Hang in there, sister!


LORD, we lift up tapero to You, asking for the strength to read Your precious word, that she might be filled up with the good truth that nourishes our hungry souls. We pray that You might let her feel Your presence in a special way this week, for she has persevered mightily. We ask that, in Your mercy, You would lift the weight that has been on her shoulders these past years and allow her the joy that comes from being hidden in You. In Your precious Son's name, amen.
