I have a question. How I do get over the thinking that God is working in my life anymore and is quiet?

If Sin no longer challenges you, you are in trouble.
You have not said whether you attend church each sunday, or whether you read the bible or pray for other people.

If you are not active in seeking and serving God you can't expect God to guide you.
