  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

You will not deceive me,
If I do right I know I’m righteous,
Even as Jesus is righteous;
And I will not sin
For I abide in him
And in him there is no sin
(Yes, all who sin are of the devil).

He was manifest
To take away our sins
And in him there is no sin.
I’m in him and will not sin.
He’s in me and cannot sin.
For in him there is no sin.

Note: Drawn from the 1st letter of John and based on the concept of Romans 6:11
" You also, see yourselves as dead to sin but alive to God by Jesus Christ."

Have you ever noticed how many times the phrase "in Him", or, "in Christ" are used in the Epistles?
Every one of them indicates our relationship with Christ..."hid with Christ in God".

If this is about not willingly sinning, then I get the poem. As when we are saved in Christ, we are seen as clean before the Father.

But if it is about not sinning ever, we wouldn't be honest with ourselves and with others. And most of all; We wouldn't be honest toward God.

We will not have any joy in sinning, when we are born again and living in and for Christ. So we will desire to keep away from this, and trusting in our Saviour's grace which is bestowed upon us.

All sin is "willing". (James 1:14-15)
Sinners are not clean before God.

I believe verses like Romans 6:7 and 1 Peter 4:1.
Why don't you?

We will not have any joy in sinning, when we are born again and living in and for Christ. So we will desire to keep away from this, and trusting in our Saviour's grace which is bestowed upon us.
Those born of God's seed cannot bring forth the fruit of the devil.
Fig trees and grapes...remember?
