If the Written Word was all you needed then all the Apostles would have penned it to paper would they not? Show me where Jesus told one of them to Write. Oh and this you must show explicity since you guys love to have explicit writings from us for your own reading.

Think about it, wouldn't all of the writings that they sent out have survived as well? We know that didnt happen. You guys like to claim how Jesus always used it but did you ever stop to think how Christ would cite a tiny verse then expand greatly on it? That is What the Church does but you choose not to listen. Get out of your Sola Scripture theory IamAdopted before it hurts you anymore than it already has.

Oh and show us in the Bible your table of contents to which books belong in there and which do not. I want Chapter and verse. Thank you.

Yes I can, Psalm 69 is messianic. God's will has been revealed plainly in the New Testament and prophetically in the Old. I am not picking and choosing. The evidence stands by itself. It is not even YOUR interpretation, it is the Catholic's church interpretation.

Since when did Jesus not come first when talking about Mary? I'm pretty sure if they meant Mary the Mother of Jesus, they wold have said just that or made sure we knew exactly which Mary it was as done in John 19 when still talking about who was at the cross. Oh and look, there were 3 Mary's there.

Jn 19:25, "Now there stood by the cross of Jesus His mother (Mary) and His mothers sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene."

What evidence. You mean the kind where YOU cite a verse then tell us it HAS to be about Christ because someone told you? Or has the Bible verbally spoken to and said it? You said verse 4 was talking about him, oh but not verse 5, oh but the one after that was talking about him again. Make up your mind. Sheesh.

Thanks but no thanks. All that would do is have us splinter into hundreds of denominations all claiming we know what the Bible is saying.

My friend got divorced and says its ok. My other non denom friend says he's wrong. They both read the Bible. It makes a mockery of God's Word.

If it did then Jesus would be a liar when he handed the Keys to Peter and said Hell would never prevail. The only joke is people believing that sola Scripture is logical when for the most part, hardly anyone could read it for over a millenium with little to go around to boot.

Did you miss the part where Jesus quoted Psalm 69-4 in John 15:25 and Psalm 69-9 in John 2:16-17. Actually, Jesus told me so through his word.
