Naimah thought she saw an angel play on the piano
She heard that day
The angel composed a song in her head
Immaculate Angel was her name

There the angel was
Decked out in violet silk
Her eyes were intense, penetrating and lavender
Unlike the rest of her ilk

And she was on the piano
Using the keys as easy as she used a pen
On the piano she was calm like a lion in it's den

The angel got up and she turned to face the girl
She had on her face, a smile so sweet
As she took to her feet

The angel took Naimah for the time of her life
She took her places she's never been
And after the day was gone
All Naimah could do was grin

And there she was on the piano
In that violet and lavender silk dress she was in
On the piano she was calm like a lion in it's den
