Images in a Post with over 15 posts

Ok, I am having a dilemma here. I was trying to make a post of new pictures that I had taken while camping a few days ago onto the Men's Forum Amateur Photographers' Thread. I was able to make a post at one point with the images hotlinked from flickr with no issues at all as long as I had post count over 15.

This is the post that I was able to make with the images in it.

Today, I can't seem to make a post with the images hotlinked, attached or whatever unless I have 100 posts to my credentials. This will take me a while to get the post count up to that and according to a SuperMod, to his knowledge that the limit should have been at 15, not at 100.

This should be fixed ASAP or clarified somewhat.

but was originally 15post before you can upload pictures, as they had alot of problems with people asking for funds which not allowed, so i believe it has now change to 100post now before newbies can put a picture in threads.
