I would really recommend doing the 60 day course "The way of purity" at settingcaptivesfree.com:

I'm doing a different course from that site and its been of a real help so far. Its 60 lessons so its quite long, so you would need to find time to make sure you get through the whole thing.

Your not alone my friend, i am still fighting this temptation and i have made progress.. If you are addicted to it, like i was, then you are going to have a hard road ahead of you..

A few things to help you
- WHen you have the entense urge to M.B, you will begin so question if M.B is actually a sin, or your mind will tell you that "god will understand", ignore all those thoughts!!! M.B is a SIN!!! and will ruin your mind if you do it long enough.. Trust me on this, i am still trying to recover..

-When you have the urge to M.B, IMMEDIATLY go outside and start runnning, exercising, go to a friends house and chill, etc... Becuase the longer you sit there and think about it, the higher the chance you will actually do it.

I will pray for you, but could you pray for me aswell?

Well porn is a big part of masturbation, because porn will Excite you and pretty much making your chances of not masturbating go down to 0%.. If i where you i would put a block/filter on your computer that will not allow you to access those porn sites. its difficult my friend but you can do it.

Block all porn sites from your computer, get rid of any pornographic magazines or pics you may have or any other pornographic material you may have.
When you feel the desire to give in to this temptation get out. Go walk in the park hang out with friends, read your Bible, pray. It may be tough but you can and will beat this.

If all else fails then cancel your internet connection. "If your hand offend you cut it off, if your eye offends you then pluck it out, it is better that one member of your body perish then your whole self." Run from tempation as fast as you can.

^that quote is alittle extreme and if taken literally then everyone would be crawlling and stumbling around because we would all have no eyes and no hands. But i do agree with the Canceling of your interenet service, you have can resisit pornographic websites then you need to do everything (and i do mean everything) to cut any way of getting to those sites.

And if you were to cancel your internet service, you can still go to settingcaptivesfree through say a computer at your library or some other public place that offers computers with an internet connection.
