I'm a student again. Enrolled at Walsh for my Master's in Finance, just registered for my first class.

Just excited, thought I'd post.

It doesn't make you hate reading as much as it makes you hate reading academic works. I appreciate the rare times I can read for pleasure now because I have to read so much academic, er, stuff, not to mention work-related, uh, stuff too.

ANd since I'm going to learn, I find I'm very frustrated with the people who start packing up while the teacher is still talking but THEY think it's time to leave.

Bothers me because I'm willing to put in the work, not just expect a degree.

They still do that at that level? Aren't most people in your program generally people who've had 3+ years of work experience behind them already?
