I am not a Catholic but I would like to know how to use a novena and pray the rosary. I have issues with anxiety and weight loss and I would like to know who are the patron saints of anxiety and obesity. I am literally at my wits end. By the way, can a Baptist even use a rosary or pray novenas or is that strictly for Catholics?
