Hi Im Renee, I just joined CF and Im so glad to see that you have this board!
I was molested by my Uncle from the age of 2 until I was about 17 when he moved out of state. I however didn't remember it until shortly after I was married to my first husband.
I have had all kinds of counseling for it. Its been a tough road and I know that it has affected my life.
My first husband left me because of the problems that I had with intamacy.
I have since remarried and my husband is very supportive.
I have fogiven my uncle, but I will be honest that I know I don't have a normal outlook on sex.
This is something that I pray about on a regular basis. I know when Im not doing well, its because I have not been praying about it.

That introduction to life and sexuality makes for some real issues. There is a lot of unwinding to do, and that takes some really open discussion about where you are with your sexuality and how that squares with a biblical view of sex.

Your counselling will have given you some clarity about many issues. But did you deal with good sex then, or was that not on the agenda?
