I'm New, about me

Hello. I have been a christian for 4 months now. Before I have accepted Jesus as my savior. But I never really believed.

4 months ago - I prayed "God, if you are real, give me a sign." The coming Sunday I went to a church near my house. Someone (who I didn't know) came up to me and said, "I feel like God wants you to fully open your heart to him and he will reveal Himself." So the guy prayed for me and that's when I believe I got baptized in the holy spirit. I was shaking and felt like I couldn't stand up because I felt so overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit (I believe).

Soon a few other people were over me praying over me and I confessed that I used to smoke weed. And a lady near by asked me, "Tell me whens the last time you smoked." I said, "I can't remember." And she said, "That's what God does." It's crazy because God really did make me forget the last time I did drugs or any sinful things.

Some guy said he got a vision for me and it was a cocoon made into a butterfly.

Well ever since that day I have a hard time not talking about God. He completely changed my life in one day and still is shaping it. I hope CF will help me on my spiritual growth.
