  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I asked her on the 6th of September and she said yes! We're planning a mid summer 2014 wedding! I'm so excited and I can't wait to spend my life with her!

My proposal went like this: I took her out too a nice dinner date which we needed since I work at night and she has school all day we rarely get much alone time, after a great dinner I took her to a large park that has a nice lake with a gazebo, (I asked her to court me in a gazebo) and we sat and talked for awhile and I had my Bible with me, she asked me if we were going to read the Word together I said yes in a bit. I then told her she was a proverbs 31 woman and I would be a fool to let her go. She just sort of smiled and then the I got down on one knee, opened my Bible and on Proverbs 31 was the ring and I asked her to spend her life with me. She said yes and we came back to the campus where I work and she goes to school and she proceeded to tell everybody in sight. I'm so blessed.
