  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Successful day of shopping

I bought a new Puma jacket (Royal Blue and Bright Yellow - totally awesome), got huge deal on PowerBars and PowerBar smoothie bars (bought two boxes of each), got a new video game, and I'm now preparing to watch some more movies tonight...

Yeah, I actually didn't mind sleepin' on the couch for a little while... but I'm glad I've got my bed. I sleep on a Queen, I'd have opted for a King if I thought it wouldn't be so much of hassle gettin' it in and out.

I'm not concerned about the weight of the mattress, it's more the hassle of havin' to lug it through doorways and such.

The Yellow bag is Chocolate and Banana, which I'm using but, the Red bag is tasty too! It's got bits of Strawberries and Kiwis in it

lol Protein shakes aren't muscle massers - they're commonly used for toning your muscles actually, a lot of weight watchers or curves type diets use them as part of their meal replacements or as partial rewards after a good workout
