ijwts-agreed about the muscles hurting after a good work out. sometimes they hurt and make you walk around like your buff. and hey watch it with your blasphemy against wheat ale. i'll get some water soon, but a nice WHEAT ale is great on a dreary day, especially with the song Face of Melinda by Opeth going on in the apartment. now all i need to do is burn my incense, and light my candles, and people would think my living is a head shop.IJWTS - Another wheat ale? Ew. As for your muscles hurting, drink water and some juice.... its that the greatest feeling in the world? I love when my muscles hurt after a good work out, means I am doing it right!
