  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was at the farmers market today, and had the most amazing funnel cake. And then we passed by this booth where all these different cultural instruments were sold. I saw a rain stick and yelled "I WANNNTT!" LOL. I tend to be random at times.
While looking through it the lady asked which one I liked, so when I picked one, she said, "ah, this is my chile!"
My heart stopped. I think I was meant to choose that one.
Its so beautiful and the sound is just right.

They had so many beautiful instruments. I think next week I'm going back to get other things.

I don't say this to just everything, and if I did, I would never ask my guy to buy it for me. It was a rain stick, something, I usually don't see around. Plus they had amazing other instruments that were hand made. So, my excitement got the best of me.
