My burden is becoming too heavy and I ask for strength and courage to face this difficult period in my life.

I'm tired of letting down those who mean the most to me in life.  I ask for truthfulness.

My body aches with regrets.  I ask for release.

I'm not where I need to be in life.... I ask for guidance.

I pray for honesty.  I pray for forgiveness.  I pray for strength.

Father, help Rick through this time of repentence and unburdening. Accept his regrets as agreement with your moral laws, and set him correctly on the path that is your best will for him, and walk with him every step of the way. Give him sharp pangs of resistence whenever anything or anyone comes along that might tempt him to stray away from your best will again. And give him assurance that you forgive and forget anything.
