The more I read Jerushabelle's post the more it frustrates me. She does not get why the OP in the thread here did not want her posting and then says we are doing the same thing in the ND forum. The OP there did not specify who could answer and we are trying to help them to understand what happened here. Accusing us of changing God's Word when it comes to the commandments.

Oops, better stop before I get too upset about it all. Am not sleeping tonight either. I am so tired too.

See the problem, is that Jerushabelle thinks everything we say is wrong because we're just shirt-tail Catholics (which is, LOL, not too far from the truth). Thus, she will take offense with every inferrence and comment. The problem is, they just don't understand and are prejudiced against anything you say. That's why I stay away from those people.

Quite correct (I would guess) and not. Not having seen the video, I wouldn't know precisely. However, I go back to the idea that they feel we're making fun of, and talking down to them. The one fellow I could care less about. Jerushabelle is honestly defending her beliefs, mistakenly thinking we are attacking her. Trust me, you will never get her to understand. Not in that thread you won't. Her mind is made up and all you are doing is confusing her with facts.

My Mum used to say that sometimes you have to appologise for being right (nicely, no sarcasm), even though it sticks in your throat. It then opens the door for you to deal with the other person's error later. Wish I was better at it...

Yeah, confusing here with facts. That does seem to be happening. Show her using the Bible about the 10 commandments and she points to the Small Catechism and thinks that is revising the Bible.

I am out of there too. I tired to have a civil discussion, but it is not going to happen. It is people like this who think we are hard to get along with. Yet, they defend their doctrines as adamantly as we do and that is to be expected.

Oh my... Yes I see your point. All the same, part of the problem is that the one lady thinks we are talking down to her in her home forum. The fact is, we (I include myself here) were talking to a doofus who didn't have the spine to answer questions straight and just wanted to stir up trouble. In that he succeeded, in both forums. He's good at it too. The pity is that Jerushabelle got dragged into it (she did so willingly though) and now has a bad taste of Lutherans. In the defense of the people from this forum though, I seem to recall the lady caused a bit of trouble here some time ago. So it could be that she thought it was her turn to 'defend the fortress of sanctity.' Who knows? LOL, she did get her knickers in a twist though, didn't she (LMAO)?

Therefore, he will continue to think that we do not know what blasphemy is since we don't see any blasphemy in the video.

I so do not like it when those of other denominations come in here to stir up trouble and then whine that we aren't playing nice.
