Since the LORD guides nations- and named his people a nation, should I come to him as an American....or white/black American?

I am brown, but here is a verse about how skin color does not matter, as we are all one in Christ, and must approach Jesus as Christians. May I ask, what ethnicity are you? For myself, I am Romani, adopted from Bulgaria in 2001 and have been a US citizen since July 2001.Since the LORD guides nations- and named his people a nation, should I come to him as an American....or white/black American?
Please try to travel outside of the USA and realise you're a child of God if you obey Him ... regardless your skin colour or what country name may be in your passport.Since the LORD guides nations- and named his people a nation, should I come to him as an American....or white/black American?
Amen to this. Please try to travel outside of the USA and realise you're a child of God if you obey Him ... regardless your skin colour or what country name may be in your passport.
Yeshua wasn't white, He wasn't black, all people from any nation are welcome.![]()
Okay cool, so I should just say American? I noticed nations was not in this quote.I am brown, but here is a verse about how skin color does not matter, as we are all one in Christ, and must approach Jesus as Christians. Galatians 3:28 (NIV): "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."
No, thank you. Yes, I am a child of God, who created nations and tongues. Please try to travel outside of the USA and realise you're a child of God if you obey Him ... regardless your skin colour or what country name may be in your passport.

Just say you are a "Citizen of Heaven" (Philippians 3:20-21)Okay cool, so I should just say American? I noticed nations was not in this quote.
Okay thanks. Was this a nation?Just say you are a "Citizen of Heaven" (Philippians 3:20-21)
It is a place that Christians go to after we die, so yes, it is a nation, but it is invisible for now.Okay thanks. Was this a nation?
Okay, but I prefer to pray to the LORD of the living, not the dead. I want the correct nation today. It is a place that Christians go to after we die, so yes, it is a nation, but it is invisible for now.![]()
I don't understand your question.Since the LORD guides nations- and named his people a nation, should I come to him as an American....or white/black American?
Why do you want the "correct" nation?Okay, but I prefer to pray to the LORD of the living, not the dead. I want the correct nation today.
Two points: First, Christians don't go to heaven in a dead state; their never-dying souls go straight to heaven when their bodies die. Second, there is no "correct nation" for being right in God's sight, if you are thinking of geographical or political nations like China, Mongolia, the USA, the United Kingdom, Zambia, etc. God causes people from all nations to be Christians:Okay, but I prefer to pray to the LORD of the living, not the dead. I want the correct nation today.
I didn't say introduce. Meaning, do I mention the problems am having as a white/black American....or just American?I don't understand your question.
You don't need to introduce yourself to God when you pray. He made you, he knows the colour of your skin (which doesn't matter). He knows, not only where you live, but everything about you. He is closer than someone who is sitting beside you.
Just come to him and talk to him.
To pray with purpose for a more narrow path. Why do you want the "correct" nation?
A nation has a name. The LORD gave tongues to proclaim each group of people. What nation should I claim? Two points: First, Christians don't go to heaven in a dead state; their never-dying souls go straight to heaven when their bodies die. Second, there is no "correct nation" for being right in God's sight, if you are thinking of geographical or political nations like China, Mongolia, the USA, the United Kingdom, Zambia, etc. God causes people from all nations to be Christians:
“34 ¶ Then Peter opened [his] mouth and said: "In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. 35 "But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.” (Ac 10:34-35 NKJV)
The bible does refer to all who trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as a "nation", but the original Greek word used doesn't mean a political nation, and can just mean a group of people:
“But you [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;” (1Pe 2:9 NKJV)
If you are a Christian, that is, if God has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light, then you two are part of that holy group of people, no matter which geographical or political nation you come from, and no matter what colour your skin may be. I hope that helps.
God does not favor any nation, though, Israel has a special place in God's Kingdom. Not everything has to be nationalism.Okay, but I prefer to pray to the LORD of the living, not the dead. I want the correct nation today.
The Lord guides nations to implement His will. From a spiritual sense, Christians are a "holy nation" according to Peter. Our homeland isn't here. All Christians belong to this family.Since the LORD guides nations- and named his people a nation, should I come to him as an American....or white/black American?
