If I were in charge, first of all I would put @Dirk1540 in Area 51, where he belongs. Then I would introduce a 3 hour working week, and make Fridays international icecream day.

IIWIC of the details Area 51 would be relocated to Tom’s farm where me and the aliens could constantly play pranks on Tom and laugh while he’s trying to get work done, such as crop circles in his field that spell out ‘Dirk1540’ as we swear that we had nothing to do with it.

IIWIC, women's clothing would always have pockets, would be better tailored and trousers would use waist and inseam numbers instead of a meaningless size number that varies from brand to brand.
