Ideal Holiday Destination?

If you could visit only one country, where would it be and why?

I'll start it off:

ENGLAND!!

Because it has so much history, it has London! and because some of my forbears come from there.

Israel - because it has so much history as well and I would love to see the places where Christ once walked, bible stories would visually come alive!

Florence! Venice! Rome! The Vatican!

I would love to go to Italy and Israel. I am fascinated with the all the culture that surrounds ALL of Italy. At the same time, I would love to be in the same place where Jesus once walked and see so many sites that are important to my faith.

I'd like to see the castles, and our German daughter lives there. (Our foreign exchange student from '96/ '97)

because during world war 2 many people in a concentration camp escaped, it was the largest escape ever during the war many hid and survived till the end of the war their reason for imprisonment was because they were Jewish the camp was Sobibor
