I think homosexuality is sin, but the way I've been acting here is wrong. When I read my posts, I notice I was sort of attacking people. Please forgive me. I have been in many arguments lately. I had had so many, I just freaked out. Some one said I was a false prophet even though I did nothing that a prophet would do except get a message from God. I blew up after that and got really defensive. I'm sorry guys if I've offended you. I respect your point of view. I don't want to have bad feelings between anyone here. Sorry guys. I hope you understand, if not, oh well. I acted wrongly and sinfully. This message is mainly geared towards Uberlutheran, brieuse, and everyone else I've acted wrong towards. Sorry.

No. Somewhere else on CF. I said God told me something, and no one was believing me. they were saying God doesn't speak to many people. There were a few that believed me, but a bunch didn't. The first of all of these arguments began on Youtube with a Mormon. I posted a simple Bible verse on a Mormon video, and he PM'd me and attacked me. I posted a verse from Psalms of not adding to the Bible, and he said that Psalms was in the Old Testament so I must be saying that the New Testament was an addition. He was making up arguments. He said that I was like this because of Mitt Romney running for president. Then, in his final post, (which I never responded to) he came to the conclusion that I was an atheist after I had posted tons of Bible verses and talked about God. Whatever. I think that satan's trying to bring my bad side out. I have attacked in these forums, but usually, I was the one being attacked. One kid here said that I was weird and a racist because I've been having a bad feeling about Barrack Obama. Whatever. Doesn't matter. It doesn't give me an excuse to treat people badly.

I really doubt that any of us try to offend when we say that homosexuality is wrong....i think we're just trying to stand up for God's Word, and that is never a bad thing. However, and ive said this b4, alot of times we havent approached the situation with the right attitude, and we let our pride get the best of us, and we end up gettin in heated arguments when there's really no need to....Im proud that a fellow Christian is showin a very Christ like quality, and that's humility. It takes alot to admit to your mistakes, and im sure God is happy that you've humbled yourself and admitted you made a mistake.

With that being said, i think you should continue to voice your opinion as God leads you too, just do it in a way that Christ would. In regards to that whole false prophet thing, i think i defended in that thread, becuz i know for a fact that God does speak to His children...and i believe that He genuinely did tell you what you said He did. Dont let the persecution stop you my brother. God never said bein a Christian would be easy, in fact He promised the exact opposite....Jesus said they persecuted Him and they will persecute us also. It's nothing to be down about, just thank the Lord for the naysayers and the persecution, becuz it means that you're doing something right.

When you stand up for God, alot of ppl will oppose you....but as long as you're doing what He commands, when they oppose you, they're actually opposing Him....and im pretty sure God knows how to handle them.

I would also like to apologize to my ex-girlfriend. About 15 years ago we were living together in sin. One day I told her I wanted a dog. A few days later I came home and got very angry when I discovered she went out and spent several hundred dollars on a pomeranian as a gift for me.

I was really mad. I yelled at her saying I wanted a real dog and not a gay pomeranian named Pompei. I told her I could never walk the thing because everyone would think I was gay !

That was the end of the relationship, not that it would have lasted, anyway.

Sorry all you gay people out there for the stereotyping.

No problem — we all lose our tempers at times and say and do things we regret later. (Even me.)

I think God's grace is big enough to accommodate differing points of view and still allow God to work His will quite effectively even though differing beliefs!

The next time you go to stereotype gays because of your insecurities, think of Emile Griffith , a very famous Boxer who one both the Welterweight and Middleweight championships, His record was 85 wins-24 losses and a two time World champ, he has since come out of the closet and stated that he is a Gay man.
