I was doing so well but I finally cracked - i cut tonight, it really hurts but doesn't need medical attention, mine rarely do. But now i feel even worse

it's ok!! don't get so mad at yourself...sometimes that makes it worse. ask for forgiveness and move on. put it behind you and look forward to tomorrow, ok? don't get hung up on this one time....it's not worth it. God still loves you and deeply cares for you. take a deep breath and give it to Him. i hope i didn't offend you by what i said. i truly mean it to encourage you and help you feel a little better. read your bible and pray, also so that next time you won't give in. be prepared to fight the temptation with verses...and on your knees.

i am so sorry you are having such a hard time. Tomorrow is a whole new day. You can start all over. we all have a hard days and struggle, but just remember you are not alone. i know exactly how you feel. i hadn't cut in 6 months. then i cracked too. i'm in therapy now and i have great support from friends.
