It is one of my dreams to be apart of Glider Central and the Rescue group. I'm hoping one day to start rescuing homeless and abuse sugar gliders. I use to have one but he was put to sleep because he was a self-mutilator. These guys are very special creatures just like all the others. But they are special in their own unique way. It would also be a dream of mine to work with animals as a career. I wonder if that is what God wants me to do. I'm not really sure. At this moment I'm looking for a sugar glider or two. Male or Female. If possible I'm looking to have a male and female. I'd name them Algernon and Alice.
Anyone ever heard of the story or movie "Flowers for Algernon"? I love that movie. That's were I got those names from and I plan on naming gliders after each character. I can't forget about Charle. Here is a list of names I'll name my future gliders.... Charlie Gordon, Alice Kinnian, Algernon, Burt Seldon, Dr Strauss, Professor Nemur, Uncle Herman, Rose Gordon (Charlie's Mother) Joe Carp, Frank Reilly, Gimpy (I think that is a really cute fun name lol), and Mr. Donner. Wow thats alot of names.
