I *think* I'm new

I'm looking for lovers of Scripture that have come to unusual conclusions and who can help me to understand if my own unusual conclusions are far-fetched or have already been expounded upon. For instance, I had concluded that Tamar, Judah's wife, was a fabulous heroine of the faith. For years I thought I was the only one, but finally ran into a commentary that proved I wasn't the only one. Occasionally I'm way off, but I'm always relieved to find that out.
I'm non-hearing, so that means I never fitted into any category. Well, except for the weird one...

So, which forum would the first sentence fit me into?

Thank you also for the sermon. However, I am non-hearing. I do enjoy the Anglican C.S.Lewis, and am currently re-reading his Mere Christianity when I have time.

Thank you also for the pointer to the unorthodox forum. However, I very much believe in the Trinity and seem to see them in Scripture more than most people. For instance, how many people see that a God that wasn't a "multi"try would have never created us? The love that holds the Trinity together was also the reason for our creation. That is another example of unusual beliefs that I have, but I'm sure someone else had noticed the same thing down the years.

Yes, The I Am is holy. Or, to be even less obtuse, The Eternal One has His own character.

Of course most people miss the significance of God having His own character. The question we need to ask is what is the standard character? My flesh says that my character is the standard. Christ in me just smiles at the thought of that which will become dust being the standard. Happily, the Father's character is the standard and, even better, when I abide in Christ, who is the only begotten of the Father, then His character comes through and whoever abides in Him can march to the same drumbeat.

BTW, you say you are messianic. I'm not positive, but the commentary I picked up about Tamar might have been the of that ilk. Have you seen it?

I guess it depends on what you mean by unusual. If you mean unorthodox then probably the unorthodox theology section.
