God judges the heart, and your immediate guilt followed by repentance reveals the true condition of your heart. So far so good.

Our enemy seeks to gain an advantage over us through detectable weaknesses, and this is where all of us can benefit from a little bit of self-examination.

There are a few things that have been sure methods for me for overcoming Satan in areas where he used to succeed. One of these is I always try to remember to praise God no matter what has just happened knowing that it will be to my eventual advantage even though in the present it may be painful! If you combine this with thanking God for bringing the changes in your life that you are asking Him to work in you, you are bringing God's already positive response into your heart instead of continually looking for something that has not yet happened.

I think if you start doing this you'll see examples of when things that you previously thought were a disadvantage to you suddenly work out to be to your advantage.

Another thing although easier said than done is not to give room to desires of the flesh beyond the necessities.

Little harder to explain but when you take care of a necessity such as we have to eat, do not eat until your full, but only to you where you know that you've had sufficient. This is what I believe Paul would place under the title of “well–worship” because they are things not required of us but help us to build a defensive guard rail against treading on slippery slopes.

Hope this helps

I am not sure if what you did would qualify as blasphemy but hey does it really matter? If you asked God for forgiveness with true repentance then God forgave you. As of now there really isn't any point in trying to psychoanalyze how bad your sin might have been if God has forgiven you. And you the future you could pray and ask God to help you overcome your sin in the future, and perhaps to help you keep your anger under control.
