I suffered from depression since I was in Junior High. It wasn't till I was in my late thirties that I found an antidepressant that worked (Celexa). But even with this med I still have those low days. I found this web site that I go to. Please take a look because it is so incredibly powerful as it focuses on Psalms 42.

It takes each verse at a time and expounds with an underlying mini devotional.
