There’s an hour long video where he discusses this issue in part. I can’t post it because an f-bomb is used. But you can google it. His guest is John McWhorter.

I just had a feeling there was something like that. not interested in the video. Brown makes a statement about racism, and this guy makes some general accusations. In my adjudicating days I would have gotten out my rubber stamp and put "Denied" on his letter. Not credible. Got to wonder about his motive. I adjudicated cases between employers and former employees. If there is any doubt then "Deny". I was very very skeptical.

His burden is to establish that the University is wrong. Facts, examples, incidents. He did none of that. So what if it was a committee composed letter? IMO Brown with the committee did a better job in their general letter than Loury. If this is a "social experiment" I want nothing to do with it. If this is some sort of "trap" then enough said.

This was a letter, not a lawsuit.

He posted the letter and what he thought was an adequate response. I’m not seeing anything out of bounds here.
