I might have to drive but my head is swimming

I probably have to drive to the hospital and it's concerning me because my head is not rested, yet I can't sleep well. My dad might be getting a Stent tomorrow and he's been in the hospital since Monday morning at 3 am and I'm not in drivable condition for the second day in a row but if I don't go, I might look bad in front of the nurses.

I did my driving but my head was lousy the whole time. I'm extremely grateful that I'm home now.

I fear driving but I sometimes do it, just not far and no highways. I’m afraid I’m going to have a panic attack or faint.
