Okay, I'll take a whack at this. *cracks knuckles*

I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to, so I will have to cover all the bases.

If you are talking about dating, and you're in the mid-20's range, then the person on whom you are crushing is TOO YOUNG if they:
-Never thought about the future and if they want to get married someday or have a family
-didn't finish high school yet
-didn't finish middle school yet
-Can't drive a car yet
-Has a curfew before 9 pm
-Still wears superman undies.... oh wait scratch that one my boyfriend is 27 and he has a pair of superman undies...
-still wears the SAME superman undies (or any superhero) 7 days a week and won't change them

They are TOO OLD if they:
-have kids your age
-Can remember the 50's, 60's or 70's well
-Graduated school before you were born
-Have to wear dentures
-Have to wear a hearing aid (excluding those who were born with hearing disorders, God bless them)
-Start every story with "back in my day"
-Call you "kiddo" instead of "honey" or "sweetheart"
-Like to join your grandpa at bingo night

Now if you're talking about too young or too old for other stuff, well...
