God's love is perfect. Christians are perfected in His Love through His Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth.who does not fear?
This is just saying that all humans are imperfect in love (and everything else).
But we knew that. Only God is perfect
So if people get perfection after they die, what does that1 John 4:18 -“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.”
Yup. They bombard us with information that only give us anxiety and distress.-24 hour news has an agenda. They have to be able, to fill news for 24 hours. So Fox and CNN, etc.. create situation/problems to fill their news hours.
Christians are are not perfect nor can they be perfect. Christians are perfected through Jesus Christ of Nazareth as He is our Advocate. We have His Holy Spirit in us who conforms us into His image. This is the regeration that makes place after repenting from unbelief to belief and love Jesus Christ of Nazareth. So if people get perfection after they die, what does that
do for here and now?
Upon being completed, a project isChristians are are not perfect nor can they be perfect. Christians are perfected through Jesus Christ of Nazareth as He is our Advocate. We have His Holy Spirit in us who conforms us into His image. This is the regeration that makes place after repenting from unbelief to belief and love Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Not in the sense of the flesh but in the sense of the spirit .Upon being completed, a project is
complete.
When the tool has been sharpened. It is sharp.
But when a person is perfected, they are not perfect?
I don't know anything about that (last sentence)It is difficult to understand that God is good and that He is going to cause good to come out of all of this.
The concept of infinitesimal plays a crucial role in understanding the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.
I thik God just wants us to love perfect, namely Jesus. And if you love Him, you will, as He said, do as He commands. And nobody can be perfect so what's the point
I have several Roman Catholic friends in real life. Every one of them expresses disappointment with the state of their church.well, I would like to hear other Catholics' "the Church shouldn't be like this" stories.
This started off as the butterfly effect which talks about how something very tiny can effect our weather patterns.I don't know anything about that (last sentence)
He is with us and it does not much matter what others do. I worry about getting myself right with God. Which means we need a positive mental attitude and we enter into His presence with thanks giving and praise. If a church does not know how to worship, praise and honor God then you may want to consider finding a church that is able to enter into His presence with thanksgiving and praise. The world has rejected Christ. The Catholic Church is seemingly all but gone, although Jesus did promise to be with us until the End. (Mt 28:20)
The world never "accepted Christ". Christians are a minority of all humans and that's how it has always been.I just want to vent again
The world has gone into the ditch, as many Christians know and Christians also know why: The world has rejected Christ.
The Catholic Church is seemingly all but gone, although Jesus did promise to be with us until the End.
(Mt 28:20) There are still true Catholics, thank God, but the hierarchy... can't say they are ALL terribly Catholic (to say the least). SIGH
As goes the Church, so goes the world.
I have some "Church stories" that maybe some day I can share, but I don't feel comfortable sharing them now. Only God understands, it seems. But in any case, I've written a little here on my Church experiences, but it always seems like no one really, really gets it, or maybe they do but they don't want to... well, I would like to hear other Catholics' "the Church shouldn't be like this" stories.
But instead it seems that a lot of Catholics either stay silent over the weird-ness in the Church or don't really see it or something.
Anyhow, I guess that's all the venting I will do today.
But I am interested in their particular stories. Here's one of mine:I have several Roman Catholic friends in real life. Every one of them expresses disappointment with the state of their church.
The world never "accepted Christ". Christians are a minority of all humans and that's how it has always been.
I'm not going to give up on the Church Christ founded. That's what Luther did and then he thought he could make up a better Church than Christ himself. Then people disagreed w/ Luther and started their own "church." And so it went for centuries and today we have 60,000 or so different "christian" churches. And eveyrone is making up his own beliefs.
Psalm 100 …4Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and bless His name. 5For the LORD is good, and His loving devotion endures forever; His faithfulness continues to all generations.
There are seven churches and the Roman Catholic Church is one of them. You can read about them in Revelations. Sometimes it is difficult to decide which one of those 7 your 60,000 church's are because they match up with two of them. But I am sure God has all of that figured out. We could go back to the roots to see where they came from. And so it went for centuries and today we have 60,000 or so different "christian" churches. And eveyrone is making up his own beliefs.
The world is not still like that now? Fifty years ago 80% of the people graduated from High School a virgin. Now it is more like 20%. The scary thing is that a lot of the virgins today are because of religious conviction. The Rabbi teach their young girls to save themselves completely for their husband. They say porn destroys relationships but intimacy builds and strengthens them. Marriage is suppose to be an example of the relationship the Church or Bride has with Jesus. The Andy Griffith show shows us what life was like in the 50s and 60s. I know it wasn't EXACTLY like that but close.
