I lost my brother to suicide 10 years ago. We were both baptised and had accepted Christ. However, we lived in a very abusive home. The last three months of my brothers life, he was dabbling in satanism, drinking, drugs,stealing, pre martial sex, etc. He was out of his mind most of the time, he was only 15. I know only God knows the answer, but I would like your opinions, because this has plagued me a very long time ! Thank you and God Bless !

this is my own personal belief so don't take it as gospel or anything but it's just me. personally i don't think those who commit suicide are completely in their right mind. i think the fact that they have gotten to such dispair to just give up and end their life proves that they aren't thinking as a coherant person. i personally feel God has more compassion for these people. He is the only one who knows the inner depths of that torment they must have been in to end their life and i think He reaches out His hand and grabs them at the last minute.

My brother committed suicide 18 years ago as a 14 year old. My healing journey has only begun since last December because for some reason counselling was never offered our family. Let me share with your what God has shown me.

Last week God gave my husband a vision. (This has never happened to him before). He saw a little boy, around 2 standing beside his bed looking at him. It seemed really real. My husband was not scared at all. He asked God what that was about and God said that was my brother as a little boy. My husband asked God "How can this be, he was 14 when he died" and God said because that is how is how I see him. That is how big his spirit was when he died. I relate to you through your spirit". He asked God why he didn't show the vision to me, and God said because I would have recognized him and would have been afraid. God also gave him a verse this morning to go along with this. Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. I believe with ALL my heart he is in heaven.
