Did God create all languages, like originally Hebrew, and then all the others at the tower of Babel?
I believe that God did create all the new languages at the tower of Babel but I think that over the years since then, man has mixed languages together and some "man-made" ones have come about.

God Bless,

Yes, it is thought that Adam and Eve spoke Hebrew, and that Noah and Moses would have as well--their decendants.

Now, as for the tower of Babel, I would say that many languages came from there, but not all. We know that English has only come about in the last few hundrend years. We know that our langues has orginated from other languages. This seems to be the trend that langues tend to degrade over time into other languages

Really? I had always thought the term Hebrew came from one of Noah's descendents.
