I had The Holy Spirit with me as I left the Jehovah's Witnesses recently

You know you have The Holy Spirit with you as you make stands for HIM.

This life is so short and we all struggle (I'm sure) with 'self' the 'world' and sin as we grow.

The Bible says 'be still and KNOW that I am God'

'
'I will give you peace that surpasses all understanding'

'I have thoughts of peace toward you, and not of evil'

'Meditate on the word'

Recently I spent lots of time in prayer in preparation to stand for 'truth' and each time I fall back on 'feelings' rather than His Spirit guiding me my gut feels bad.

It became great as I discovered that. so I praise HIM for that and thank Him for working in my life.

Sometimes we think we are alone. We look for actual evidence, and yet it is in us all along, part of us if we will allow Him to rule and not oursleves.

I'm excited for you, James. God's doing amazing things in your life. His love for you is incredible. Even in the difficult decision that you've made -- and have to keep making, as I'm sure it's a daily struggle with friends and family -- the Holy Spirit will not leave you to go through it alone. God will encourage you and give you strength. Praise Him!
