Just to let you know, I'm definitely trying not to be legalistic. I did something today that I feel so unproud of, nothing that any of you would not have done, probably. Too sheepish to say it though. It's not TMI. I may ask my priest (or any priest) if I can still get Communion.
ps. I just emailed a priest about this - a good one IMHO. I noticed that his advice after a confession is a lot more thorough than other priests. It can cause a lot of impatience if you're waiting in line of course, but he's someone who won't sugarcoat it - he keeps it real and tells you if it's not a big deal or not. I hope he answers.
