I feel GREAT!

Ok, so I finally got to confession today, it had been about 5 months...ughhh. Anyway, on top of the wonderful feeling of being cleansed, the confession itself was really cool. The priest just had me come to his office and it was face to face. Unlike in the past where it was kind of routine, he took the time to discuss my sins and offer advice, etc. You could really feel the peace of God with this priest.

We also talked about my conversion and studies on Catholicism, etc...and debates, etc.

Afterwards, he asked me what I do on Sundays and asked me to teach RCIA for him at the base! He said I was a blessing to him! He said "You know how they have hard-core pornography? Well I need hard-core Catholics."

I am so psyched that I can help out like this and that God has led me here to teach some people!

Someone recently asked me to help build up a colleges business program, and to find ways to instill authentic Catholic values and morals into the business training...so I know what you mean, it is a huge compliment!

People who riducule Confession or say it's not necessary know not what they speak of. God is present. It is such an awesome feeling that is hard sometimes to describe. It is God's mercy and love at work. Is it not just awesome to have someone give you spiritual advice? Confession is absolutely one of the best things about being a Catholic Christian.
