There is a lot of information online, but I think that it's still a great idea to ask someone who has some real experience. In general, I've already found a lot of useful information and tips online, and it all helps me a lot. Here is one resource I'd like to share; maybe it will also be useful to someone else. I came across this page https://ddi-dev.com/blog/case/how-to-create-a-crm-system-for-your-business/ and read about creating a CRM system for the business. I'd heard about it before, but I knew what it is just in general terms. But after reading that info, I know exactly what it is and why you need it for your business.
