I am interested in attending a SDA church

I am a christian who believes in Universal reconciliation, that God will eventually save all mankind. While there is no church that I can go to that believes the way i do, I know SDA do not believe in eternal torture.... which is important to me.

Are there tenets of your belief system that I should be weary of? or would you recommend that i check it out for myself?

We have to ask ourselves what is important to God....

Our relationship with Him cannot be what we want it to be but rather what He has asked of us.... the Bible does not say that everyone will be saved because mens hearts are wicked continuously. God cannot force people to be with him that have rejected His Love and Mercy.

If it were true that, in the end, we all end up with God, then why did Jesus have to come to this earth to suffer and to die? His death and resurrection payed the penalty of eternal death but our salvation is not automatic... we have to accept Him as our Saviour and chose whom we will follow (obey)
