Well, I am failing math. I am getting a 62. I am terrible at this. But I will be hiring a tutor next quarter.

Sorry to hear that. I'm praying for you.
Now hiring a tutor -- that is a positive plan.
You know.. I look at math and .. lol.. I would pray.. Father.. you said.. if anyone lack wisdom let him ask.. I would ask for wisdom for math in JESUS name![]()
Friend , just for the fact you are concerned tells me you will get over this particular hurdle.
Math can be complicated at times.
I believe you will get over this hurdle .
All glory to God friend.
Peace in our Saviours name.
I will pray you do better in math.
Thank you
Dear Jesse, so glad you are a fellow child of God through Christ!
The renowned mathematician Roger Penrose(he's the one who helped physicist Stephen Hawking make his famous discovery) was really, really failing math in school. His parents moved him to a new school and the rest is history.
His new teachers expected him to study hard. You get out what you put in!
You can go as far in education as you want. You have to put in many hours of homework time each night and get good sleep as well, so your brain can retain what you studied. So you have to manage your time well and sacrifice a lot of leisure/ entertainment time to succeed in anything.
(I don't want you to use Penrose as a role-model because he is not a Christian. But I found out that 4 out of the 5 greatest physicists in history were Bible-loving devout Christians. They were Isaac Newton, Michael Faraday, James Clerk Maxwell, and the man who won the Nobel Prize for the invention of Quantum physics- Werner Heisenberg. One of today's best string physicists, Juan Maldacena, is also a Christian. Then there is the famous Christian geneticist Francis Collins- he mapped the human genome[DNA].)
So Jesse there are a lot of educated people needed in the future for health science related jobs.
Good math skills are needed to enter these health science fields. But they are not "math intensive" once you enter the health sciences program. Physics and engineering are very math intensive.
Maybe after the tutoring you'll become like the devout Christians Leonard Euler and Bernard Riemann(2 of the greatest math whizzes in history-even smarter than Roger Penrose) and pursue mathematics. Or you'll choose a different educational discipline like teaching or some line in the health sciences.
Remember your fellow Christians care about you. So reach out to some Christian vocational counsellors at church or in a Christian school if you need some ideas for your educational goals
Or if you just need to talk. Because life is hard.
But with the right guidance and study habits, there is so much opportunity to succeed and contribute to society in a way that will glorify Christ and help Christians around the world.
All glory to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
