Ok I feel really bad now. I went to move Chirstian who was buckled into her bouncey chair, on the floor, and the chair fliped over on her. She started crying so hard. I feel so bad, but now she is smiling at me, so I guess all has been forgiven.

Accidents happen, so don't beat yourself up over it. I am sure your baby girl still loves her momma! Just give her some extra hugs, cuddling and kisses...and she will be better in no time (and we all know that mommy's kisses can heal every kind of boo-boo!).

In the last four months the one thing I think I've learned the most clearly is that children are very resilient and they'll forgive just about any offence. Amazing.

My daughter is 6 weeks old now and every once in a while I forget to trim my nails short enough and accidentally catch her with one during a diaper or clothing change and it just about kills me--she just summons all her hurt and turns magenta and then lets out a wail that just pierces my heart! But it's only a few seconds and then she's fine again. (then sometimes I cry because she's so amazing). So now I keep her baby clippers and my big ones on the nightstand so I make sure everyone gets their nails trimmed on time.

My wife said I should tell ya'll this... I don't think I should lol folks gonna think I'm a horrible father.... we was all gonna take a bath when my daughter was bout oh... I guess 3 er 4 months an the water was all right an ready to go an my wife was already in the tub to one side, so's I'm gonna climb in wit my daughter an as I do so I drop er from a heighth of bout a foot er so into the water. I quickly grab er out of it an she jes sorta looks at me like way to go pa. I made a bigger deal of it then my daughter an since she seemed ok I thought well I throw er in the water again. I placed er in the water but this time she wasn't gonna have none of that she bout exploded an I felt bout the size of a pea. I mean she was fine the first time I sorta thought she'd try to swim like em babies on tv do ya know? hehe it didn't work out to well....

Oh... an then there was the time I threw the industrial diaper bag in the livin room... My daughter was 2 er gittin on to be 3 an I chunked this thin in the livin room after we was doin up the groceries an she happened to come round the corner bout time I threw it, nailed er dead on, did one of em in the air summer salt thins an landed on the ground... she didn't care for that one none to much either.
