For scholarly information, I would try the ATLA Religion index at a university library. Also check the more general humanities databases, since these would give you important sociological and economic information. I believe there are also medical/genetic studies that have been conducted in Hutterite communities because they have a relatively small and closed genetic pool, compared to most North Americans. Again, the databases available at most university libraries should give you access to books and journals on these topics. You might simply want to try entering "Hutterite" as a keyword in several different Ebsco and ATLA indexes.
