How would you describe your local SDA church?

I was just curious: How you would describe the local SDA church that you are a member of? Is it "on fire for God"? Or would you say it is more like the "frozen chosen"? And describe what you would like it to be like, if you were in a position to change it.

I'd say inbetween. I'bve never seen a group so "out of it"

My church is new and modern. It's on fire as it reaches the modern people today, with exciting preaching, group fellowship and modern music such as hillsongs!!!

My church is anything goes. I call it the refuge of other SDA churches' cast away. Very liberal! Both life style and doctrine.

As I travel around the USA, that seems to be the trend. Water down the preaching, and lower the lifestyle standards. It is refreshing when you visit a friendly, but godly SDA church body.

What would you like it to be like?

I would like them to be more into church activities. I dont speak spanish ( well their version of it) too well, but I have so many responsabilities, because they are "sleeping spiritually" My grandmother even left the church to join anther one because they are more active.

if i could change it i'd try and get them to do more evengelism, and be more accepting of others.
