Dear Dave G. Deepest sympathy to you on the passing of your wife. May he strengthen and comfort you at this safe time and give you grace to do all that you need to do in readjusting your life. God is with you Dave G.Uneventful. Crock pot beef something or other that is very good. Nixing taking the tree down that's still up for today. My wife passed on Dec 20 so it's small steps at a time with so much to get into order.
By the way, I believe 2020 was the tip of a huge iceberg revealing itself.
Hectic. The only difference to the old year is that I have to remember to write 2021 instead of 2020.How was your New Year Day!
Thank you. And yes, God has been front and center, along side, in me bringing a level of peace that really truly passes all understanding in this time. Even the ability to witness in this time. I have my moments of course, we are designed to grieve too, at least for a season.Dear Dave G. Deepest sympathy to you on the passing of your wife. We had some good devotional and prayer time here in the evening.
God bless you and thankyou for sharing 'TenthAveN'. My New Year's Day was spent quietly at home with my wife. Perhaps that's why I am called 'quietbloke!'. Always plenty to do and Children and Grandchildren to be prayed for and video scoped. Thanks for asking!Went around with my mom to different places to sell stuff (we are cleaning out/remodeling the house). Played Phase 10 with mom and dad, and of course my dad won. Read the Word. Nothing too eventful. How was yours?
Praying for you,'Christ lives in me'It was alright. It was full of anxiety about my court date, sexual sin, and not praying sincerely to God. I am also suffering from a bit of depression and nightmares at the moment so yeah. My new year's isn't off to a great start. Already broken my new year's resolution to stop masturbation, watching porn, and drinking energy drinks.
Hopefully I get better as the year progresses.
Praying for you 'Dave G' in your grief.Thank you. And yes, God has been front and center, along side, in me bringing a level of peace that really truly passes all understanding in this time. Even the ability to witness in this time. I have my moments of course, we are designed to grieve too, at least for a season.
