  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

it was really nice. My brother, mom and I went to the Maundy Thursday service, and then we had our Easter dinner on Good Friday since mom and I would both be working Easter Sunday. Then On Sunday morning my brother asked me to go to our old church for the first time in forever (he's boycotted church for a long time now).

It was a really great weekend.

My Easter was great. I wasn't able to make it home this year but after church and church festivites I spent the day with my brother and sister in law and then later that night some more friends came over and we watched a movie. It was weird not being home this year though....

My Easter was quite awesome. I work the nursery at our church so unless we request a Sunday off, we never get to go to the service, but we get to hear it on the speakers. And all the kids got along with each other and were quiet so we *could* hear the service, sermon and all ^_^

It was great :) Kirk and I went to the service at the chapel at Valpo, then ate at Broadway Cafe for lunch, then went to spend the rest of the day with family.
