Another failed deflection. Planned Parenthood was never mentioned once in this thread.You missed the point. What I said implied no planned parenthood will be allowed access to the school or it's curriculim. Thats the first place to start. And no more drag queens story hour or anything of the sort.
I feel that they become a person TRULY worth protecting once they would be viable outside the womb.
By truly worth protecting I mean that at that point is the minimum when it should be a chargeable offense or outright illegal to cause their death. In situations where it would be on the fence say a woman is between 15-24 months among then abortion should be illegal, but whether otherwise causing the child's death is chargeable should be either up to the DA or a case by case basis If the woman has entered her 3rd trimester then barring a situation where it is determined the child would not be viable I would be OK with it being treated like causing the death of anyone else charge wise because at that point then would be a decently good chance that the baby would have lived but for the act.
